All of our products are designed for internal domestic use. Lever handles may be used externally e.g. on patio doors but the outer handle may darken in time due to weathering.
Cabinet handles come complete with 45mm snap-off screws as standard.
Lever handles come complete with fixing screws.
Sizes and fixing centres are noted next to each product. All products have industry-standard fixing centres (UK).
Electrical fittings are suitable for UK electrical specification only
Pewter - We use only the best-quality lead free pewter (min92% tin), which is entirely safe to use anywhere in the home and does not rust. It is hard-wearing and easy to keep clean. We do not plate or lacquer so there is no coating to degrade. Cleaning with a soft damp cloth will restore the original finish.
Wood - All the oak, walnut and cherry wood we use is from a sustainable source. It has a clear, waterproof varnish, which can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
Leather - We use highest-quality natural, full-grain bridle leather, which will develop its own natural patina with use. If required, wipe with a damp cloth and replenish leather using a light application of a neutral shoe cream or canauba wax. Leather covered handles are made to order and are not returnable.
Electrical fittings - we have designed our products to suit market-leading Wandsworth Mechanisms. These are made to order and can not be returned.
