Terms and Conditions

VAT: All prices are excluding VAT.
Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice. All orders confirmed prior to despatch with agreed price and discount.
Delivery: Delivery dates are given as a guide and are kept to as closely as possible but no responsibility is accepted for any unforeseen delays or any consequential loss or damage caused by unforeseen circumstances outside the control of the Company.
Damages or shortages: These must be reported to the Company within 2 working days of receipt of goods and confirmed by email or fax by the purchaser.
Payment: For non account holders, if payment is made by cheque the Company requires the cheque to be cleared before dispatching goods. Our terms for account holders are strictly 30 days from date of invoice.
Title of goods: The goods shall remain the property of the Company until full payment has been received from the purchaser.
Returns: Goods will not be accepted for return without prior agreement and subsequent inspection by the Company. Carriage costs involved are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the Company accepts responsibility for these. Goods must be returned in sufficient packaging preventing unnecessary damage
Special orders for products that are non stock items including leather handles and Wandsworth Mechanisms cannot be returned.
Samples: A charge will be made for samples but this will be at the discretion of the Company.
Cancellation: Cancellation of an order must be sent either by fax or email by the purchaser. Expenses incurred by the Company as a result of cancellation will be reimbursed to the Company by the purchaser.
Orders that are non stock items cannot be cancelled.
Guarantee: The Company will replace free of charge any items that prove to be defective either in material or manufacture within 12 months of delivery. Claims must be in writing along with faulty goods to the Company for inspection. In the event of the Company accepting liability shipping costs will be reimbursed to the purchaser.
Quotations: Any quotations, estimate or price given by the Company is given in good faith and is not binding until such time as the order is accepted by the Company.
Special orders: Items that are currently not available from stock will be subject to a lead time which the Company reserves the right to change at any time. The Company cannot be held responsible for any increase in a given lead time due to circumstances beyond its control.
Privacy: Any personal information given by the customer to the Company will only be used between the two parties and no details will be passed to other companies.
Any information provided by the Company to the customer in the form of designs or personal content must remain confidential between the two parties.
Copyright: All designs are protected either by the Company or one of its partners and any infringement of this will be pursued rigorously.
