Unlike our Beehive on standard backplate, our jesmond backplate offers a wider style to make a statement in the home.
All Finesse door knobs are supplied unsprung and therefore should be installed with a high quality lock/latch. Supplied with suitable fixings and a 90mm spindle to cater for doors up to 50mm thick.
Beehive Knob Lock Sets
Latch Set
Typically used on internal passage doors, our beehive knob on latch backplate should be installed with a heavy duty tubular latch. Available in short and long backplate options.
Bathroom Set
Ideal for applications which require privacy, the beehive knob on privacy backplate features an integrated turn and release mechanism to allow the door to be open in case of emergencies. This door knob should be installed with a heavy duty bathroom mortice lock.
Lock Set
Designed with a key profile on both backplates, this door knob should be installed with a 3 lever or 5 lever heavy duty sash lock.
Handmade in the UK
All Finesse products are handmade from genuine pewter in our modern factor facilities based in the beautiful countryside of Consett, County Durham. Each product is handmade by our incredibly skilled team of craftsmen and artisans, bringing slight imperfections to each door knob which adds to the products character and charm.
Natural Pewter Finish
The products stunning, natural pewter finish features mid silver tones and warm blue hues to bring an inviting feel to the home. Pewter is often described as a living finish as it develops a natural patina when exposed to the surrounding environment – adding to the natural beauty of the finish. Durable Products
Pewter is a precious metal known for its exceptional protection against corrosion. As such, all Finesse products have been tested to BS EN 1670:2007 Grade 5 and proven suitable for use in external and coastal applications. Finesse products have also been tested and approved for use with Accoya doors and windows.
